Members of the new GO Comptche – Helpful Hands facebook group are ready, willing, and able to help out when help is needed. This group is made up of 24 or more community members, young and old alike, who have a wealth of skills and are very happy to be matched up with a person in the GO (Getting Older) set to lend a helpful hand.
Need a hand? If you have facebook, all you need to do is login and search for Helpful Hands. This group is a “closed” group (meaning only people who are approved by the admins can join or see the posts). If you would like access to the group, a request can be made on facebook or, if you don’t have a facebook account, have someone post a request on your behalf. In your post, let the group know what it is that you need help with. You can then be matched up with a member or two with skill sets that match your needs.
